Cost & investment
The franchise purchase fee starts from $15,000. You’ll also need an approved vehicle less than 5 years old with AustClean signwriting, and equipment/training costs are confirmed with you during the application process — the exact breakdown is in the Information Pack.
Yes, and we disclose them upfront: a $300/month Marketing Fund Contribution, a $70/month Communication Fee, $100/month for Local Area Marketing, and a Franchise Royalty of 8% of revenue. All costs exclude GST — full details are in your formal Disclosure Document.
Many franchisees use a mix of savings and small business finance. We can point you toward finance options as part of your discovery call.
Experience & training
No — most franchisees join with no cleaning or business background. Full training covers both the practical cleaning side and the business basics.
Around 2–3 days of business systems training, plus a week of hands-on practical cleaning training in your own territory, followed by ongoing coaching once you’re operating. Most owners are launched 4–6 weeks after signing.
Some owners start part-time and grow into full-time as their client base builds. Speak with our team about what’s realistic for your situation.
Territory & location
Your territory is confirmed with you during the Due Diligence and Offer stages of the application process, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you sign anything.
AustClean currently operates across four states — Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. Check the Territories page and register your interest; exact availability is confirmed during your application.
Support & earnings
Most owners treat the first three to six months as a ramp-up period while recurring clients build, then income stabilises. Results vary by effort, territory and service mix.
Ongoing coaching, marketing support, our AustClean Data Management (ACDM) system for bookings and admin, and a network of 15 fellow franchise partners to call on.
